Employed Building Information Modeling (BIM) to coordinate all plumbing risers and horizontal runs with HVAC and electrical systems, eliminating costly field conflicts and ensuring structural integrity.
High-Capacity Risers
Designed and installed primary vertical riser systems using commercial-grade materials to manage high flow rates and consistent pressure for all levels.
Acoustic Control
Utilized specialized cast-iron drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping in sensitive vertical runs to significantly reduce operational noise between units—a key requirement for luxury residential living.
Water Efficiency
Installed precise sub-metering infrastructure for accurate consumption tracking and operational efficiency across the property.
Key Deliverable
Executed comprehensive hydro-testing and pressure checks ahead of schedule, ensuring the building envelope was ready for inspection and subsequent phases.

- Pool/Spa: Complete rough-in and hookup for all filtration, circulation, and heating systems, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Laundry Facilities: Installation of heavy-duty commercial washers and dryers, including specialized drainage and high-flow hot and cold-water supplies.
