Phase 1: Underground & Civil Infrastructure

Phase 2: Structural Rough-In & Mechanical Distribution

  • Supply Piping:Fitted with expansion-type PEX-a piping systems, providing quiet operation, superior freeze resistance, and minimal pressure drop.
  • Drain, Waste & Venting (DWV):Precision-sloped ABS/PVC piping networks engineered to eliminate clogs, properly vented through the roofline for optimal air transfer and trap-seal protection.
  • Gas Infrastructure:Complete CSST and black iron gas line installation serving centralized gas-fired water heating units, kitchen appliances, and outdoor community space amenities.

Phase 3: The Finish – Fixtures, Kitchens, Baths & Community Spaces
