Heirloom Café entrusted our team with a comprehensive plumbing renovation to improve the reliability and performance of the restaurant’s water, drainage, and grease waste systems. As part of the interior improvements, we removed and reinstalled existing plumbing fixtures as needed to accommodate painting and other updates throughout the space. The project included replacing the existing domestic water piping with a new PEX water distribution system and upgrading all above-ground drainage piping with cast iron pipe and fittings. We installed indirect waste systems serving the commercial kitchen sinks to provide a durable solution designed for the demands of a busy food service environment. To help ensure a smooth opening and reliable operation, we also hydro-jetted the underground grease waste lines to remove existing buildup and reduce the risk of future stoppages caused by grease accumulation. This renovation showcases our ability to provide complete commercial plumbing solutions, from system upgrades and preventative maintenance to new installations, helping businesses operate with confidence.
