Our team completed plumbing fixture replacements and select domestic water system improvements for the Corridor Park 9 commercial warehouse and office facility. The project included the removal and replacement of plumbing fixtures in the restroom and warehouse areas. We also installed a new shutoff valve on the existing 2-inch domestic water main and relocated it within the wall to a height of 5 feet above the finished floor (AFF), providing a more accessible location for future operation and maintenance. As part of the project, a new domestic water piping was installed, properly supported, and insulated with 1-inch-thick fiberglass insulation to help maintain system performance and meet project specifications. This project highlights our ability to efficiently complete plumbing fixture upgrades and targeted system improvements with minimal disruption to commercial facilities while delivering quality workmanship and dependable results.
