This ground-up project included the complete plumbing installation for a custom horse barn, ranch-hand living quarters, and an irrigation system for round pen designed to support daily ranch operations.
Within the horse barn, we installed a dedicated water distribution system with individual water lines and shutoff valves at each horse stall, allowing for efficient filling and maintenance. To protect the plumbing from freezing in the barn’s open-air environment, all interior water piping was insulated with 1-inch fiberglass insulation. Exterior water piping received the same insulation and was finished with aluminum jacketing to provide long-term protection from weather and outdoor exposure.
Our team also designed and installed the irrigation system for the property’s round pen training arena. Pop-up sprinklers were strategically spaced to provide even coverage and help control dust during training sessions. The backflow preventer and underground piping serving the irrigation system were fully insulated to ensure reliable year-round operation.
In addition, we completed the full plumbing installation for the ranch-hand living quarters, providing dependable water and drainage systems throughout the residence.
This project showcases our expertise in delivering comprehensive plumbing solutions for agricultural and equestrian facilities, with a focus on durability, freeze protection, and long-term performance.
